Vicky McKinney

Vicky McKinney is a seasoned compliance professional with extensive experience in the banking industry, beginning in 1984. Holding the title of Compliance Officer at Victory Bank since November 2022, Vicky previously served as Senior Compliance Officer at Happy State Bank from April 2022 to November 2022 and spent a decade at Centennial BANK in various compliance leadership roles, culminating as SVP Director of Compliance. Vicky's expertise in regulatory compliance dates back to 1999, highlighted by the achievement of becoming a certified regulatory compliance manager (CRCM) in 2005. Earlier career roles included Compliance Officer and Department Manager at American State Bank, as well as a Compliance Trainer and Customer Service Manager at Bank of America. Vicky has a strong focus on key compliance regulations, including the Bank Secrecy Act and Community Reinvestment Act.
