Brent Reese is a seasoned entrepreneur and business leader with extensive experience in the behavioral health and consumer goods industries. As Co-Founder and Manager of Advantage Behavioral Health since February 2017, Brent has played a key role in establishing a network of outpatient facilities in New Jersey and the tri-state area, including Harmony Bay Wellness and Victory Bay Recovery Center. Brent's commitment to holistic wellness is evident in the operations of Harmony Bay Wellness, focused on the simultaneous healing of mind, body, and spirit. Prior to this, Brent served as President of Spotmode, managing novelty stationery manufacturing for major Disney theme parks, and held leadership positions in various companies, including Courage Brands Inc. and Courage Inc., known for innovative consumer products. Brent's sales expertise was previously showcased at Mulberry Neckwear, where annual sales surged from $400,000 to $25 million under stewardship. Educational qualifications include an Associate's Degree in Marketing from Pasadena City College and further studies at California State University, Northridge.

Victory Bay
Victory Bay is a behavioral health treatment center in New Jersey that offers effective outpatient treatment for substance abuse, mental health, adolescent mental health, and eating disorders. Our environment is welcoming and safe so people can recover and heal from trauma. We maintain small caseload sizes, which allows counselors to give the individualized attention clients desire. Counselors are trained in traditional therapies for the treatment, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance Commitment Therapy, and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy. Psychiatric services are regularly available to assist in managing any co-occurring disorders Group therapy is a primary treatment modality, but we aim to hold small group sessions. Individual therapy is also provided weekly, allowing for consistent attention to treatment goals. These private sessions allow for trust and rapport to be built with one’s counselor and the opportunity to explore concerns they may not be able to explore in group sessions. We recognize the importance of family who may also participate in therapy with their loved ones as requested. In addition, we offer case management services and support because we recognize that individuals have careers, health issues, and education needs that require attention.
