Monica Caster, CFA, has extensive experience in the finance industry, currently serving as a Fixed Income Trader at Victory Capital Management since November 2006, focusing on trading for the Short Government investment strategy and managing a high income portfolio with an emphasis on capital preservation. Previously, Monica worked as a Product Management Analyst at Victory Capital Management, where responsibilities included new product development and strategic growth initiatives. Prior to this, Monica was an Investment Analyst at Purtill Financial, providing economic analysis and customized asset allocation for clients. Monica holds an MBA from Cleveland State University and a BA in Finance and Economics from Baldwin Wallace University.
