Steve Crutchfield

Steve Crutchfield is an experienced pastor and church leader currently serving as the Executive Pastor for Victory Church in Lancaster, PA, since February 2020, focusing on ministry and multi-site operations. Previously, Steve held several pastoral roles, including Campus Pastor at Victory Church in Strasburg and Executive Director at The Block Church. Additional experiences include serving as Visionary Entrepreneur at LifeChurch, Experience Director at CityLife Church, and Director of Serving Teams & Outreach at Celebration Church, where leadership and community engagement were key responsibilities. Steve began their leadership career as a Youth Pastor at Westside Family Worship Center and also had entrepreneurial experience as the owner of Caboodle Cartridge. Steve holds a B.A. in Pastoral Ministry from Southeastern University.
