Andrew Hayenga

Andrew Hayenga, MA, is an experienced communications professional with a diverse background in strategic communication, media relations, and group fitness instruction. Currently serving as a Les Mills Body Pump Group Fitness Instructor at Les Mills US and Chief Development Officer at Victory College Prep, Andrew also operates Andrew Hayenga Advisors, LLC, as a Strategic Communications Planner and Content Creator. Previous roles include Director of Community Advancement & Marketing at the International School of Indiana, where significant fundraising achievements were realized, and Vice President at Bohlsen Group, overseeing comprehensive marketing services for nonprofit and corporate clients. Earlier career experiences include serving as Communications Manager for Simon Youth Foundation and Media Specialist at the University of Alabama at Birmingham, as well as reporting positions at WVTM-TV, WAAY-TV, and KSTF-TV. Andrew holds a Master of Arts in Communication Management from the University of Alabama at Birmingham and a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism from Indiana University Bloomington.
