Chelsea Easter

Chelsea Easter is an experienced education leader currently serving as the 7-12 School Principal at Victory College Prep since June 2019, where responsibilities include teacher evaluation, instructional leadership, and setting academic and cultural expectations. Chelsea participated in the Relay National Principals Academy Fellowship to enhance leadership skills in school culture and instruction. Previous roles include Assistant Principal and Middle School Teacher at Indianapolis Lighthouse Charter School, and involvement in teacher training and advocacy through programs like the Courageous Principals Training Program with Deloitte. Chelsea holds multiple degrees, including Principal Licensure from Indiana University–Purdue University Indianapolis and a Master of Teaching from Marian University Indianapolis.
