Kyndell Penick has a diverse work experience in the electric cooperative industry. Kyndell started their career at R/S Electric Corp. in 2012 as an Apprentice Lineman. In 2013, they joined Victory Electric Cooperative Association as a Journeyman Lineman. Kyndell continued working at Victory Electric Cooperative Association, taking on various roles such as Manager of Key Accounts and eventually becoming the Vice President of Safety & Key Accounts in January 2022. In 2020, they also had a role at The Victory Electric Cooperative Assn.,Inc as the Manager of Key Accounts & Substations.

Kyndell Penick obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration - BBA degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Purdue Global in 2019-2020. Victory Electric Cooperative Association

The Victory Electric Cooperative Association, Inc., serves an area of Southwest Kansas that includes a diverse agricultural, rural and urban territory. Victory serves Ford and Gray Counties and parts of seven other counties, Kiowa, Edwards, Hodgeman, Finney, Haskell, Meade, and Clark. Victory was organized in 1947 to serve primarily farm residential services. Through the years, Victory has expanded to a broad consumer base of diversified loads ranging from industrial, commercial and irrigation loads with 2,700 miles of transmission and distribution line. Victory is a progressive rural electric cooperative that takes pride in providing good service whether it be to cowboys or to computer programmers, we still have the cooperative spirit. We are on call 24-hours a day, 365 days a year.
