Kyndell Penick

Kyndell Penick has a diverse work experience in the electric cooperative industry. Kyndell started their career at R/S Electric Corp. in 2012 as an Apprentice Lineman. In 2013, they joined Victory Electric Cooperative Association as a Journeyman Lineman. Kyndell continued working at Victory Electric Cooperative Association, taking on various roles such as Manager of Key Accounts and eventually becoming the Vice President of Safety & Key Accounts in January 2022. In 2020, they also had a role at The Victory Electric Cooperative Assn.,Inc as the Manager of Key Accounts & Substations.

Kyndell Penick obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration - BBA degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Purdue Global in 2019-2020. Prior to that, Kyndell attended Dodge City Community College from 2009-2010, where they studied Electrical distribution with a focus on being a Lineman. Additionally, Kyndell earned a Bachelor of Business Administration - BBA degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Washburn University in 2006-2008. Kyndell also has additional certifications, including being a Certified Key Accounts Executive CKAE from NRECA, obtained in 2020, and a Journeyman Lineman certified by the State of Kansas in 2016.
