Aleah Rouse

Aleah Rouse is a senior manager skilled in team leadership, relationship building, brand development, strategic planning, and marketing campaign development. She graduated from the University of Mississippi where she received a BA in Marketing Communications. She has managed annual marketing budgets for large B2B corporations including Time Warner Cable Business Class, and has experience in a wide range of industries including agriculture, real estate, technology, and consumer packaged goods. Aleah worked with the Texas Department of Agriculture on their Go Texan campaign, as well as campaigns for commodity crops like Texas Watermelon, Texas Vegetables, and Texas Florists. She also worked with the Texas Nursery Landscape Association on their state-wide expo each year. Aleah led the Victory Hemp brand development process and has been involved with Victory Hemp’s branding and marketing efforts since 2016.
