Chad Rosen

Chad moved from California in 2014 and put down roots in Northern Kentucky, where Victory Hemp Foods is based. A graduate of the Village Capital Agricultural Accelerator, his network in the food system is far reaching at high levels in the private and public sectors. In spring 2020 Chad led his team to win the first-ever Hemp Innovation Challenge™ at the World Ag Expo® in Tulare, CA for the development of Victory Hemp’s premier products, V-70™ Hemp Heart Protein and V-ONE™ Hemp Heart Oil. In addition to leading his company’s growth over the past five years, Chad has worked as an industry-wide advocate within the U.S. hemp grain supply chain and market and is dedicated to developing hemp grain as a significant and positive addition to American agriculture.
