Stephan P. Becerra

Stephan Becerra is an experienced business leader who is passionate about developing, implementing and leading the execution of strategies for companies focused on the food and ag sectors. His career experiences range from large multi-nationals to small mid-tier domestic companies, having worked in operations management for Cargill, new business development for John Deere, and serving as President and General Manager of Hoegemeyer Hybrids, a regional seed company located in Nebraska, from 2004 until it was acquired by DuPont Pioneer in 2010. Post-acquisition, he worked in numerous leadership roles for Pioneer Hi-Bred and Corteva Agriscience. He is the principal and founder of Apex Ag Consulting and as well as serving as the Interim President of Victory Hemp’s genetics division, Hemp States™. Stephan earned a B.S. in Agronomy from Iowa State University and an MBA from the Johnson School of Business at Cornell University.
