Michelle Banning

Michelle Banning has extensive experience in the mortgage and social work sectors. Currently serving as Origination Manager and previously as Mortgage Loan Originator and Loan Assistant at Victory Mortgage LLC since April 2014, Michelle has honed skills in loan processing and client relations. Prior to this, Michelle worked as a Loan Closer at Homestead Title from March 2013 to March 2014, and contributed to child welfare as an Adoption Specialist at Project STAR from March 2001 to April 2003, where the focus was on educating families about adopting special needs children. Early experience includes assessment of children in psychiatric crisis as part of the Child Mobile Crisis Team at Cuyahoga County from February 1998 to March 1999. Michelle holds a Bachelor of Social Work degree from Calvin University, earned between 1993 and 1997, and completed high school at Salem High School from 1990 to 1993.
