Glen Harder

Glen Harder is a corporate lawyer who has served on the boards of several resource companies. Glen is currently the Director at Victory Resources and Chairman of the Corporate Governance and Nominating Committee at Next Green Wave.

Glen Harder began their career as a corporate lawyer with Harder & Company in 1990. Glen then became self-employed before joining Klondike Silver Corp in 2016 as an Independent Director. In September 2016, they joined Victory Resources Corp as an Independent Director and served on the board until August 2022.

In May 2019, Glen Harder joined Next Green Wave as Chairman of the Corporate Governance and Nominating Committee. Glen has held this position since August 2022.

Glen Harder has a BA (honours) in Economics/Law from The University of British Columbia and a JD from the same school. Glen is also certified by CPAC in P2.
