Jason Lamb

Jason Lamb is an accomplished leader with extensive experience in the United States military and strategic roles. Currently serving as Managing Director at Victory Strategies since August 2022, Jason previously held multiple influential positions within the United States Space Force, including Director of Coaching and Mentoring and Technical Director for Space Systems Command Talent Management. Jason's notable career in the United States Air Force culminated in a retirement as Colonel, with significant roles including Director of Intelligence, Analysis, and Innovation, where Jason oversaw a $75 million budget for innovation initiatives. Recognized for exemplary performance, Jason has received several awards, including the Bronze Star and Legion of Merit, and holds multiple master's degrees in strategy and national security, alongside a bachelor’s degree in political science from the United States Air Force Academy.
