David Blinn

David Blinn serves as the General Manager and Head of Global Sales & Partnerships at VictoryXR since December 2022, specializing in education solutions for Virtual Reality and Augmented Reality. In addition, David holds an Adjunct Faculty position at St. Petersburg College within the College of Business. Prior experience includes serving as SVP of Partner Success at Bisk, where efforts focused on accelerating online learning expansion, along with roles at Mi9 Retail and Triad Retail Media, where business development and marketing were key responsibilities. Early career experience spans customer service management and learning development at MetLife and leading intelligence operations in the US Army. David Blinn holds a Master of Science in Management, Strategy & Leadership, an MBA in Marketing, and a Bachelor of Science in Business Management.
