Adam Shaffer

Adam Shaffer has extensive experience in the retail and human resources sectors, primarily within the Verizon Authorized Retailer network. Since June 2017, Adam has held multiple leadership roles at Victra, including VP of Human Resources, VP of Training & Leadership Development, and VP of Training & Field HR, while also serving as Regional Sales Director where responsibilities included managing sales and service performance across retail centers. Prior to Victra, Adam worked as Regional Sales Director for A Wireless and held several leadership positions at Z Wireless and Select Communications, focusing on strategic management and team performance. Adam holds a Bachelor of Science in Human Resources Management and Services from Western Governors University, earned between July 2020 and March 2023.
