Lesli Gilbert

Gilbert led a team of 7 Regional Sales Directors and cross functional leaders with 58 District Managers, 588 stores and over 4,500 sales and service associates.

From January 2013 to December 2015, Gilbert was the Executive Vice President-Wet Seal, ArdenB and Wet Seal Plus Stores and Operations at Wet Seal, LLC. In this role, Gilbert was responsible for leading consumer sales and service operations for the retail channel, with a focus on meeting sales and operational goals, and accountable for P&L results. Gilbert led a team of 7 Regional Sales Directors and cross functional leaders with 58 District Managers, 588 stores and over 4,500 sales and service associates.
