Arthur Xia

Arthur Xia has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Arthur started their career as a Technical Engineer at ChangZhou energy equipment limited in 2005. There, they designed and calculated energy equipment performance, supported sales department in presentations and negotiations, and assisted engineering department at assembly sites. In 2009, they joined Greens Power Equipment Pte Ltd as a Project Manager, where they managed project supplies, created schedules and plans, and handled OEM management. Later, they transitioned to the role of Area Sales Manager, setting and achieving sales targets, and managing project management processes and negotiations with various stakeholders. In 2012, they joined CECO Environmental Corporation as a Sales Manager, specializing in environmental protection. Arthur was responsible for sales of cyclones, filters, dampers, and RTO equipment, with expertise in new product popularization and application. In 2014, they moved to Sandvik as a Sales Manager and Key Account Manager, focusing on sales and marketing of high temperature and pressure products in complex environments such as energy, manufacturing, engineering, automotive, aerospace, petrochemical, power, and compressor industries. Currently, Arthur Xia is a Business Development Manager at Victrex since 2018.

Arthur Xia attended Hohai University from 2001 to 2005, where they studied Energy and Power Engineering.
