Colin Rimmer

Colin Rimmer has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Colin started their career as a Laboratory Technician at AF Feeds plc in 1996 and worked there until 1999. Colin then worked as an Assistant Chemist at Lofthouse of Fleetwood Ltd. from 2000 to 2002. In the same year, they joined CP Kelco as a QC Chemist for a short period. Colin then moved on to the National Nuclear Laboratory in 2002, where they worked as a Research Chemist until 2005. Colin joined Johnson Matthey in 2005 as a Process Technician for a year. Since 2006, they have been associated with Victrex, where they held various roles including Senior Technical Service Engineer, R&D Segment Technology Manager, and currently serves as the Strategic Technology Manager (Automotive SBU).

Colin Rimmer attended Cardinal Newman College from 1990 to 1992 but did not obtain a degree or major in any specific field of study. Later, from 1993 to 1996, they enrolled at The University of Salford, earning a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Chemical Analysis. In addition to their formal education, Colin obtained a certification in "The 10 Essentials of Influence and Persuasion" from LinkedIn in March 2022.
