David Thomas

David has deep experience in a broad range of finance activities within listed companies as both a senior executive and as an audit professional.

David was CFO at Invensys plc from 2011 until his retirement in 2014, having held senior roles across the business since 2002. Prior to joining Invensys, he was a senior partner in Ernst & Young specializing in the long-term industrial contracting business and was a member of the Auditing Standards Board.
