James Heggie started their work experience as a Bartender at Orchid Group in August 2009. James then worked as a Bartender at Grapevine Bar from August 2010 to August 2012. From August 2012 to February 2014, they worked as a Bartender at Orchid Group again. In January 2006, they became a Referee at Blackpool Referees Society and held the position until June 2013. In August 2013, they started working at Addison Project PLC as a Mechanical Project Engineer, where they conducted 2D and 3D mechanical design and worked on projects ranging from £5,000 to £2 million. James initially started as a Mechanical Design Engineer and switched to the role of Project Engineer/Manager in August 2017. James worked there until March 2021. James then joined United Utilities as a Mechanical Engineer in April 2021 and continued until October 2022. Currently, they are working as a Mechanical Engineer at Victrex starting from October 2022.
James Heggie attended Lancaster University from 2009 to 2013, where they pursued a Master of Engineering (MEng) degree in Mechanical Engineering.
