Jilly Atherton

Jilly Atherton is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across various industries. Currently serving as the Group HR Director at Victrex since December 2017, Jilly oversees HR strategies for a leading company in high-performance polymer solutions. In addition, since September 2022, Jilly has been a Board Member and Chair of the ED&I Professional Services Committee at LTE Group, a social enterprise focused on learning and employment opportunities in the UK. Previous positions include Group HR Director for the National Nuclear Laboratory and Saica Group, Group HR Director - Offshore for Trelleborg Group, and multiple HR roles at British Airways Plc. Jilly holds a Master’s degree in Civic Design from the University of Liverpool, a CIPD qualification in Human Resources from the University of West London, and a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Sports Science with Management from Liverpool John Moores University.
