Joseph Elmquist

Joseph Elmquist has a diverse work experience in the field of technology and engineering. Joseph started their career as a Graduate Student Researcher at the University of Wisconsin-Madison in 2012 and continued until 2013. Following this, they joined Kleiss Gears, Inc. as a Lead Engineer and Subject Matter Expert in Polymer & Composite Gears from December 2013 to July 2015.

In 2015, Joseph joined Victrex, where they held several roles. Initially, they served as a Lead Engineer/Product Development and Subject Matter Expert in Polymer & Composite Gears from July 2015 to October 2018. Joseph then moved on to become the Segment Technology Manager-Gears from October 2018 until their current role.
