Kyri Christodoulou

Kyri Christodoulou has a diverse work experience in the films and packaging industry spanning over 20 years. Kyri started their career at United Packaging plc as a Polymer Technologist, where they provided direct support to the operating team and developed testing laboratory procedures. Kyri then progressed to the role of Technical Manager, where they focused on process control and product development, leading to improved efficiency and quality. In 2001, they joined MJ Maillis Group as a Product Manager for Films, gaining valuable experience in mergers and acquisitions. At MJ Maillis Group, they were responsible for product standardization and cost reduction initiatives. In 2006, they joined Victrex, where they held various roles including Films Technical Officer, Films Quality Engineer, Films Quality Improvement Manager, Continuous Improvement Coach, and Films Process Technology manager. These roles involved managing improvement plans, implementing problem-solving activities, liaising with customers, and overseeing technical operations. Kyri Christodoulou completed a Bachelor of Science (Hons) degree in Materials Science from The University of Manchester, from 1993 to 1996. Additionally, Kyri pursued further education at the same institution and obtained an MPhil degree in Polymer Processing from 1996 to 1997.
