Martin Hackett

Martin Hackett has over 30 years of work experience in various roles and industries. Martin is currently working at Victrex as a Supply Chain, CI & QA Director since October 2021. Prior to this, they held the position of Supply Chain Director at Victrex starting from February 2017. In this role, they led global demand planning, warehousing, logistics, and supply chain development, focusing on achieving customer service excellence and strategic goals. Martin also implemented an effective Integrated Business Planning process and coached and mentored a diverse team.

Martin Hackett completed their education at two different universities. From 1987 to 1992, they attended Kingston University, where they pursued a degree in Mechnical Engineering. Following this, in 2001 and 2002, they pursued a Masters degree in Project Management at Lancaster University.
