Raymond Xiang

Raymond Xiang has over 25 years of experience in engineering and maintenance management. Raymond is currently serving as the Engineering Director at Victrex since May 2020. Prior to this, they worked at The Lubrizol Corporation for almost 9 years, starting in September 2011. At Lubrizol, Raymond held various roles, including Engineering and Maintenance Manager and Project Manager. Raymond successfully built a new lubricant additives chemical plant and managed a project to construct another plant in Zhuhai.

Before Lubrizol, Raymond worked at LUBRIZOL LIMITED from September 2011 to January 2019 as an Engineering and Maintenance Manager. Prior to that, they served as the Engineering, Maintenance, and Technology Manager at Tredegar Film Products Co. LTD from May 2005 to September 2011. Raymond's early career began at Wrigley Confectionery Co. LTD in 1996, where they worked as an Assistant Plant Manager and HSES Manager. Raymond was responsible for project and maintenance engineering, overseeing projects such as plant expansions and production line installations.

Raymond Xiang obtained a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Sun Yat-sen University, which they attended from 1998 to 2002. Raymond further pursued their education by obtaining a Master's degree in Operations Management and Supervision from South China University of Technology, where they studied from 2004 to 2007.
