Victoria Neame

Victoria Neame has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Victoria is currently working at Victrex as the Head of Internal Communications & Engagement since July 2022. Prior to this role, they worked as a Communications Manager at Victrex from January 2018 to July 2022. Before joining Victrex, they served as an Administration Manager at the same company from April 2015 to January 2018.

Alongside their work at Victrex, Victoria Neame also worked at Blackpool and The Fylde College. Victoria held the position of Lecturer CIPD from August 2019 to June 2022. In their previous tenure at the college, they worked as a Contact Centre Coordinator from April 2014 to April 2015, and as an Apprenticeship Training Advisor from February 2011 to April 2014.

Victoria Neame's earliest work experience was with the British Army, where they served as a Human Resource Specialist - Senior Non-Commissioned Officer from July 1996 to January 2009.

Victoria Neame began their education in 2012 at Lancaster University, where they pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services. Victoria completed their undergraduate studies in 2015.

In 2016, Victoria Neame enrolled in THE CHARTERED INSTITUTE OF PERSONNEL AND DEVELOPMENT, where they obtained a Level 5 Intermediate Diploma in Human Resource Management. Victoria completed this program in 2017.

In 2014, Victoria Neame attended Blackpool and The Fylde College and earned an Award in Assessing Competence in the Work Environment as part of their education in the field of Education. Victoria completed this program within the same year.

Additionally, in 2012, Victoria Neame also attended Blackpool and The Fylde College and completed a program in Preparing to Teach in the Lifelong Learning Sector (PTLLS) as part of their education in the field of Education.

In 2019, Victoria Neame pursued further education at Solent University, where they achieved an Advanced Diploma in Internal Communications. This program focused on the field of Communication and was completed within the same year.

Currently, Victoria Neame is enrolled at Blackpool and The Fylde College, working towards a Level 5 Diploma in Education and Training, with an expected completion date in 2021.
