Prior to that, Eric held the position of Sr. Mechanical Engineer at LEO A DALY and Group Leader - Industrial Mechanical Group at NV5. With a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Santa Clara University and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Minnesota - Carlson School of Management, Eric has a strong background in engineering and business management. Their experience also includes roles as a Senior Mechanical Engineer at Target and a Project Engineer at Karges-Faulconbridge, Inc.
