Lea Ivezic

Lea Ivezic is a Human Resource professional with experience in various roles. Currently serving as a Human Resource Assistant at Victus Group since December 2022, Lea previously worked as a Human Resource Business Partner Intern at JACOBS DOUWE EGBERTS, where responsibilities included the development and implementation of HR processes and tools, as well as coaching managers and employees. Earlier experience includes an internship in Human Resources at Hrvatski Telekom. Lea holds a Master's degree in Work & Organizational Psychology from Tilburg University and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of Zagreb.
