Indu Rajendran

Indu Rajendran is an experienced professional with a diverse background in human resources and administrative roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as an Invigilator at VICTVS since December 2018, Indu previously held the position of Deputy IELTS Administrator at Hawthorn Muscat from July 2021 to March 2024. Indu's career began at Snap MyLife, Inc. as a Senior HR Associate, contributing significantly to recruitment, employee welfare, and performance management. Indu also worked as an HR Associate at Antenna Software, achieving a notable reduction in recruitment turnaround time through process improvements, and served as a Recruitment Executive at RKN Management Services Pvt Ltd. Indu holds a Master of Science in Finance and Management from Heriot-Watt University, along with a Master's in Human Resources from Rajagiri Center for Business Studies and a Bachelor's in Commerce from St. Joseph's College.
