Jeffrey Siaw

Jeffrey Siaw is the VP Data Science at VIDA. Jeffrey has over 5 years of experience working with data, and has held positions at Grab and 9GAG. Jeffrey has also done freelance work for several tech startups. Some of their notable projects include creating a HDP topic model for classifying Chinese bank SMS messages, and predicted credit decisions for personal consumer loans.

Jeffrey Siaw studied at Rice University, where they earned a B.A. in Statistics and Mathematical Economic Analysis. Jeffrey then went on to earn a Master of Science (MSc) in Computational Statistics and Machine Learning from UCL. Jeffrey also has a certification from DEXTRA Singapore in Merit Award of Ministry of Defence Data Analytics Challenge.
