Mary Beth Elberson

Mary Beth Elberson has a diverse work experience spanning over several roles and companies. Mary Beth started their career as an Area Manager at MainStreet Department Stores in 1987 and later worked as an Area Manager at Evan's Furs from 1988 to 1989. Mary Beth then became a Store Manager at Mr. Robert's before joining The Bon-Ton Stores, Inc. as a Department Manager in 1990. Mary Beth went on to work as an Assistant Buyer, Associate Buyer, and Buyer for various departments at The Bon-Ton Stores, Inc. until 1998. In 1994, they joined The Bon-Ton Stores, Inc. again and served as a Buyer for Petite Collections and Separates. Mary Beth also worked as a Buyer for Misses and Petite Suits/Petite Dresses. From 1998 to 1999, they worked as a Buyer for Misses Knits, Sweaters, and Active at The Bon-Ton Stores, Inc. Mary Beth then joined Kohl's Department Stores in 1999 and held various roles including Merchandise Planner, Buyer, Sr Inventory Manager, and Director-Division Planning Manager until 2014. In 2014, they joined Vida Shoes International as a National Account Executive and later became the Director of Sales.

Mary Beth Elberson attended the University of Wisconsin-Stout from 1983 to 1987, where they pursued a degree in Retail Merchandising and Management. In addition to their formal education, they have obtained several certifications. In April 2021, they completed a certification in Marketing Analytics: Presenting Digital Marketing Data from LinkedIn. In March 2021, they obtained a certification in Speaking Confidently and Effectively, also from LinkedIn. More recently, in June 2022, they completed a certification in Shopify Ecommerce: Marketing Strategy from LinkedIn. Additionally, in July 2022, they obtained a certification in Ecommerce Fundamentals from LinkedIn. Finally, in November 2022, they completed a certification in Digital Marketing: Customer Engagement, Social Media, Planning & Analytics from Emeritus.
