Álvaro Gazolla

Álvaro Gazolla is the Founder and Commercial Director of Vida Veg, leading the company's industrial development, factory construction, and product innovation since 2016. Previously, Álvaro served as a partner and Commercial Director at Laticínios Verde Campo, where significant market expansion and product innovation occurred, culminating in the sale of the brand to Coca-Cola in 2016. Álvaro gained international experience during a sabbatical in Silicon Valley, focusing on plant-based food technology. Education includes an MBA in Commerce from Live University, a degree in Food Engineering from Universidade Federal de Lavras, an advanced leadership program at Fundação Dom Cabral, and Entrepreneurial training from Sebrae.
