Thayana Mattar

Thayana Mattar serves as the Gerente Comercial at Vida Veg since March 2020, overseeing sales in the São Paulo and Rio de Janeiro regions. Prior roles include Supervisora Comercial, Analista Comercial, and Assistente Comercial at Ateliê do Bem from March 2019 to March 2021, where Thayana also holds the distinction of Founder. Thayana contributed as a volunteer professor at Universidade Federal de Lavras, teaching Analysis Sensory in the Food Engineering program from January 2017 to 2018. Thayana's educational background encompasses a Bachelor’s degree in Food Engineering (2009-2013) and a Master's degree in Food Science focusing on product development and sensory analysis (2014-2016), followed by a Ph.D. in Food Science with a research emphasis on market analysis and consumer behavior regarding functional foods (2016-2020). Currently, Thayana is pursuing an MBA in Commercial at Live University, expected to complete in 2025.
