Alexa Joy Tan is currently working at VidApp as a Customer Support Specialist, where Alexa Joy answers app user concerns and issues via email, supports at least 100 different apps every day, investigates reported issues, escalates replicated issues to developers, creates internal Help Center articles, handles Google app reviews, and coaches new hires. Prior to joining VidApp, Alexa Joy worked at MarineTraffic and Conectys in customer support roles, as well as at IBEX GLOBAL SOLUTIONS as a Customer Service Representative. Alexa studied Bachelor of Science in Accounting at Ateneo de Davao University.
