Sean Fahey

Sean Fahey is the CEO and Founder of VidCruiter, a company that modernizes outdated hiring processes with a focus on video interviewing. Sean is also an official member of the Forbes Human Resources Council, part of the Fast Company Executive Board, and part of the Entrepreneur Media Leadership Network. In the past, Sean served as an Adjunct Professor at Université de Moncton, teaching Quality Management and Marketing Strategy. Prior to VidCruiter, Sean was the CEO and Founder of Belts and Beyond, growing the business to the largest belt buckle retailer in North America. Sean has an M.B.A. in Entrepreneurship from Florida Atlantic University and a B.Sc. in Biology, Chemistry, and Bio-Chemistry from Université de Moncton.
