Gina Lim (林沁颖)

Gina Lim has over 7 years of work experience. Gina started their career in 2015 as an Analyst/Operational Psychologist at the Ministry of Defence of Singapore, where they monitored and analysed regional security issues and developments and provided strategic analysis and assessments. Gina also conducted literature research on psychological principles/frameworks in cyberpsychology and contextualised application of psychological principles/frameworks to analysts’ work which led to an improvement in work efficiency. In 2021, they joined Pulsifi as an Organizational Psychologist and Singapore Food Agency as a Manager, Organisational Development, where they were responsible for the roll-out of the inaugural SFA Awards. In 2022, they joined Viddsee as Manager (People & Operations).

Gina Lim completed a Bachelor of Science (Hons) - BSc in Psychology (Honours) from The University of Western Australia in 2015. Prior to that, they graduated with a Bachelor of Science - BSc in Psychology from The University of Western Australia in 2013. In 2022, they obtained a Certified Usability Analyst (CUA\u2122) certification from Human Factors International and a Wireframing using Adobe XD certification from NTUC LearningHub.
