Aaron started their career in 2012 at TEKsystems as a Professional Recruiter, specializing in recruiting IT professionals for various clients. Aaron then transitioned to the role of an Account Manager, where they provided IT staffing and professional services to a leading financial services company. After TEKsystems, Aaron joined ADP as a Senior Talent Acquisition Manager, where they were responsible for full life-cycle recruiting and managing talent pipelines across multiple departments. In 2018, they joined H3 Staffing, LLC as a Principal, and in 2023, they joined T. Burks & Associates Executive Recruiting as a Principal Recruiter.
