Charles Ricco has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Charles started their career as a Trainee at Hyatt in 2006, where they gained valuable experience in the hospitality industry. After that, they worked as an F&B consultant at F&B Consulting from 2008 to 2010. Charles then served as a Product Manager at Perouse Medical from 2010 to 2011.

In 2011, Ricco joined Alive Interactive Media as a Lead Producer, where they oversaw project management and production of interactive media content. Charles remained in this role until 2014 when they became a Freelance Video Editor, working independently on various projects.

Ricco's experience in the gaming industry began in 2014 when they joined Gameloft as a Game Producer, responsible for coordinating and supervising mobile game development. Charles left Gameloft later in the same year and joined Monnaie de Paris as a Camera Operator and Video Editor. Charles contributed to video production and editing until 2016.

Starting in 2016, Ricco worked as a Video Editor for culinary journalist and producer Laurent Mariotte at Maison Fondée en 2010. In this role, they created cooking tutorials for Mr. Mariotte's website and social media platforms, achieving significant viewership for one of the videos.

In 2017, Ricco joined Videlio as a Senior Video Editor, where they played a key role in creating, editing, and exporting videos. Additionally, they were responsible for training new editors in the team. In the same year, they also worked at France Télévisions in a similar role as a Senior Video Editor.
