Jimmy Landén

Jimmy Landén has a diverse work experience in IT and technical support roles. Jimmy started their career as a Support Technician at Ants IT-Support while pursuing their studies. Jimmy assisted customers with various technical support tasks, including computer purchases, printer installations, and basic programming. Jimmy then joined Kalin Setterberg Data AB as a Linux System Administrator, where they installed and maintained servers and provided support for hardware and software across multiple platforms. Jimmy also had responsibilities in technical project management and training new customers on the company's proprietary system. Jimmy later worked as an independent contractor at Landen Technical Services, offering their technical expertise. Jimmy is currently employed at Videnca as the Head of Service Delivery, overseeing the installation, management, and troubleshooting of multiple platforms for both large and small clients, with a focus on storage systems, databases, and load balancing. Jimmy is also responsible for documentation and technical support.

Jimmy Landén attended Cybergymnasiet from 2002 to 2005, where they studied as an electrician. Following this, they enrolled at JENSEN yrkeshögskola from 2005 to 2007, specializing in Linux/UNIX Systemadministration. In July 2018, Jimmy obtained the certification LFCS from The Linux Foundation.
