Megan Opp

Megan Opp is a seasoned human resources executive with extensive experience in leading HR functions for innovative companies. Currently serving as the Chief People Officer at VideoAmp since September 2024, Megan previously worked as an HR Consultant at Opportune Advisors, Inc., and as the Head of Human Resources at Swell Energy, where responsibilities included overseeing HR in a high-growth, fully remote environment. From June 2019 to January 2023, Megan held the role of Chief People Officer at Apeel Sciences, focusing on building a scalable culture across a globally dispersed workforce while enhancing talent acquisition and leadership development. Earlier career experience includes serving as the Head of Global Human Resources at The Trade Desk, Inc., during its rapid growth phase following its IPO. Megan holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Advertising from the S.I. Newhouse School of Public Communications at Syracuse University.
