Damian Onuoha

Damian Onuoha has over 20 years of experience in Quality Management and Process Improvement. Damian began their career in 1990 as a Quality Assurance/Process Engineer at Georgia-Pacific LLC. In 1998, they moved to Kimberly-Clark as a Converting Operation Leader. After that, they served as a Quality Control Manager at Schweitzer-Maudit International in 2002. In 2005, they became a Senior Quality Management Specialist at the Philadelphia Housing Authority. From 2007 to 2011, they were the Quality Manager at Novamerican Steel Inc. During this time, they played a key role in the implementation of the SAP system. From 2011 to 2014, they were the Director of Quality at Ehmke Manufacturing Company, Inc., where they trained 26 aircraft line operators in Lean Six Sigma principles. From 2014 to 2018, they were the Quality Manager/Director at Linde Electronics and Specialty Gases, leading day-to-day activities for the ISO 9001:2008 certified quality program and leading continuous improvement initiatives. Lastly, from 2009 to 2018, they served as an Independent Consultant, developing and instituting instructions for managing various manufacturing process improvement projects. Currently, Damian is interested in new opportunities.

Damian Onuoha holds a Master of Science in Engineering Management from the Milwaukee School of Engineering, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Platteville. Damian also holds a Project Management Professional certification from the Project Management Institute.
