Janell Marple, SHRM-CP

Janell Marple, SHRM-CP has over 20 years of experience in Human Resources. Janell began their career in 1997 as a Credentialing Specialist for Integrated Health Plan. In 2001 they moved to National Risk Services, Inc. as an Inspection Specialist. From 2004 to 2014, Janell worked as a Human Resource Manager for Lowe's Home Improvement, Vink & Beri LLC, and Keystone Fire Protection Co. In 2015 they became a Human Resources Generalist for Power Kunkle Benefits Consulting and in 2018 they were an HR Generalist for Children's Dental Management. Currently, Janell is an HR Manager/ISO Administrator for VideoRay LLC where they are responsible for maximizing employee productivity and protecting the company from any issues that may arise within the workforce. Janell also handles recruiting and hiring, 401K admin, FMLA, ADA, and WC leaves of absence, Paychex payroll, HR questions from employees, development and updating of employee handbooks, HR compliance audits, salary wage bands, benefit enrollment, OSHA tracking and compliance, and safety meetings.

Janell Marple, SHRM-CP, obtained their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Physical Education Teaching and Coaching from Clearwater Christian College between 1988 and 1992. In July 2017, they obtained their SHRM-CP certification from the Society for Human Resource Management.
