Said Choufani

Said Choufani, MBA, ITIL, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in network operations and technical support. Having worked at Videotron since 2012 as a Senior Manager in Network Operations and previously as Team Lead for System & Security Operations, Said has a strong background in telecommunications. Prior to Videotron, Said held various managerial and technical roles at Ericsson from 2007 to 2012, focusing on solution support and project management in Revenue Management and Charging Systems. Earlier career experiences include positions as an IT Support Engineer at Marine Press and Project Coordinator at a private company, along with a role as Quality Control Inspector at Masterpak. Said holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in e-commerce from Université de Sherbrooke and a Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunication and Electronics from Lebanese University.
