Juuso Ikonen

Juuso Ikonen began their career in 2010 as a Software Specialist at SoftwareHouse Oy. In 2014, they moved to Enfo as an IT Specialist at the Service Desk. In 2020, they worked at MPY Yrityspalvelut as an ICT Specialist at the Service Desk. Also in 2020, they joined VideoVisit as an L2 Support and Logistics employee, where they were in charge of making sure work orders and incidents were solved and clients kept in the loop. In 2021, they moved to Moment Digital Oy as an ITC-palveluasiantuntija/ICT-Service Specialist, where they trained service desk employees in service desk practices, manners, and spirit, as well as improving efficiency and managing tier 2 tickets. In 2022, they returned to VideoVisit as the Service Desk Lead, where they were in charge of the Service Desk and logistics team, reporting, building processes, and handling day-to-day.

Juuso Ikonen completed a Vocational Qualification in Business Information Technology at Savon ammattiopisto between 2005 and 2010.
