Fredrik Westin

Fredrik Westin has extensive experience in the service industry, starting as an Electronic Assembler at Ericsson. Fredrik then moved on to roles such as AV-Technician at Svenska Privatskolan i Uleåborg, and later on as a Service Desk Technician and 2nd lvl support technician specializing in video conferencing systems and digital signage. Currently, Fredrik holds the position of Product Manager Service at Elisa Videra, where Fredrik is responsible for managing service product offerings and service-related operations. Fredrik excels in using fact-based analyses to identify and solve problems, driving IT service processes, and improving customer service performance.
