Laura Florin has extensive experience in Human Resources. Laura began their career in 2012 as Division Head of Human Resources at Live Nation, where they managed a team of 6 HR professionals and oversaw an employee base of over 25K with over 30 collective bargaining units. In 2013, they became VP Human Resources & Payroll Operations at CAPS, where they developed a strategic Global People function and Consulting division. In 2016, they founded People Engagement, where they served as the first Head of Human Resources for a number of growing startups. In 2017, they assumed the role of Head Of Human Resources at Homer Logistics (acquired by Waitr). In 2018, they were Head of Human Resources at Paddle8 Holdings LLC and Interim Human Resources Projects at Away. In 2019, they were Head Of Human Resources at WORK WELL WIN and Interim Head of Human Resources at NADAP. Finally, in 2021, they became Head of People at Dandelion Energy, where they led the HR strategy across the employee lifecycle. In 2022, they assumed the role of Global Head Of Human Resources at VIDEORI Inc.

Laura Florin has an education history from Iona University, where they obtained an MBA in Human Resources Management and a Bachelor's Degree in Communications & Business Management.
