Kanav Narayan Sahgal

Kanav Narayan Sahgal is an experienced communications and program manager with a diverse background in community moderation, human resources, and talent management. Currently serving as Communications Manager at Nyaaya and Samvidhaan Fellowship Programme Manager at Vidhi Centre for Legal Policy, Kanav also holds the position of Academic Head: Reviewer Consultant at Queer Academia. Involved with Harmless Hugs as a Community Moderator, Kanav focuses on raising awareness about the challenges faced by the LGBT community. Previous experience includes roles at AIDS Healthcare Foundation, ERM, The QED Group, The Hospital for Sick Children, and Susknit Exports Pvt Ltd, with a strong academic foundation from institutions such as Azim Premji University and the London School of Economics. Kanav's extensive expertise encompasses performance management, recruitment, community engagement, and advocacy for marginalized voices.
