Rakshita Goyal

Rakshita Goyal is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in research and policy analysis. Currently serving as a Senior Resident Fellow at the Vidhi Centre for Legal Policy since November 2022, Rakshita previously held roles as an Analyst at PRS Legislative Research and a Research Associate at the Centre for Policy Research. A seasoned editor, Rakshita was the Editor-in-Chief, Editor, Associate Editor, and Copy Editor at Trade, Law and Development from May 2015 to April 2019. Rakshita's internship experiences span various esteemed chambers and organizations, including PLR Chambers and the Centre for WTO Studies. Rakshita possesses a B.A., LL.B. in Constitutional Law Hons. from National Law University, Jodhpur, completed in 2019, and attended Brightlands School, Dehradun, from 2006 to 2013.
