Farah M. K. Poernama

Farah M. K. Poernama has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Farah M. K. is currently working as a UX Researcher at Vidio, where they are responsible for leading and ensuring user voice implementations across teams, creating aligned visions with roadmaps, and identifying insight patterns. Farah M. K. also contributes to research projects in other teams. Prior to Vidio, Farah worked at Glints as a UX & Product Researcher, where they fueled insights and user perspectives for Glints' products and provided innovation strategy and roadmap consultation. Additionally, they worked as a Marketing Executive Intern at Gojek, where they developed data-driven strategies and gained insights into user behavior. Farah has also held roles as an Undergraduate Researcher at Universitas Padjadjaran, an Associate Psychological Assessment Observer & Scorer at Institut Teknologi Bandung, a Copywriter, Media & Promotions at ASEAN Youth Initiative Conference, an HR Development & HSE Intern at PANCA KOMUNINDO PERKASA, and a Contributor at TRASH TAPES.

Farah M.K. Poernama obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from Universitas Padjadjaran from 2015 to 2019. In 2016, they participated in the Virtual Mobility Program at Maastricht University, focusing on Cross-Cultural & Cognitive Psychology. Prior to their university education, they attended Labschool Kebayoran from 2009 to 2015, where they completed their Middle and High School education with a focus on Natural Sciences.

In addition to their formal education, Farah M.K. Poernama has also obtained several certifications. In September 2019, they completed the UX Research for Agile Teams certification from LinkedIn. Farah M. K. also completed the User Research: Methods and Best Practices certification from The Interaction Design Foundation in August 2019 and the Conducting Usability Testing certification from the same institution in July 2019.
