Rencana Tarigan

Rencana Tarigan has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. In 2008, they began their career as a Junior Developer at Correspond GmbH, where they quickly advanced to the role of Software Developer and later became a Team Leader.

In 2009, Rencana joined PT Konsep Dot Net as a Business Analyst and stayed there until 2010. During this time, they gained experience in analyzing user needs and supporting business processes.

From 2010 to 2015, Rencana worked at Anabatic Technologies, first as a Software Developer and later as an ECM Team Lead. In these positions, they honed their skills in software development and team leadership.

In 2015, Rencana joined PT. Kreatif Media Karya as a Software Engineer, where they contributed to the development of vidio.com using Ruby on Rails.

Rencana'smost recent experience is with Vidio, where they have held various data-related roles since 2019. Rencana started as the Head of Data Engineering, then became the Head of Data, followed by the role of Head of Data Engineering - Emtek Digital. Currently, they hold the position of VP of Data, demonstrating their growing responsibilities and expertise in the data field.

Rencana Tarigan completed a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from Institut Teknologi Harapan Bangsa, from the year 2005 to 2010. In addition to their degree, they obtained several certifications. In February 2009, they received a certification in Oracle Database 10g: Administration Workshop I from Oracle. Rencana also obtained a certification in SAP01 - SAP Overview from PT. SAP Indonesia in the same month and year. In December 2005, they completed a certification in Computer Network Installation from the Informatics Engineering Department of ITHB. Furthermore, in August 2010, Rencana Tarigan was a co-speaker for a seminar on career prospects in Information Technology at the Institut Teknologi Harapan Bangsa. Lastly, in February 2011, they obtained two certifications: Filenet Certified Professional - IBM FileNet Business Process Manager-Developer 4.5 and Filenet Certified Professional - IBM FileNet Content Manager-Developer 4.5, both from IBM.
